Paranet (broker 2.17.0)

Partitions. 2.17 introduces the partition concept used by the rest of this release — a request carries an optional partition, and EntityId::partition() derives one from an actor version's pre-release tag. Paracord's overlay switch and the partition fixes in broker 2.18.1 both build on it.

Paraflow 3.9.0

Mostly deployment support. No new grammar rules and no new built-ins; four existing rules changed (ObjectDestructure, RuleObjectDestructure, FunctionDecl, LineComment).

Python SDK 3 support

Python actors now run as a child process driven over stdio callbacks, with uv creating the environment. Python callback events are marked %private so they no longer appear as skills, and skill docstrings can come from Python. The paraflow image gains Python 3, uv and Node.

Paracord 0.24.0

  • Actor Registry is now Actor Hub. Label change only — the /actorhub route is unchanged.
  • Actor Hub groups actor versions. Versions of one actor are collected under it, newest first, and a page's skills and actions are listed alphabetically.
  • Overlay. A connection can carry a partition; the user panel gains an Overlay Enabled switch that sets it to your own actor id and sends it with every actor, skill and conversation query.
  • Cognito login. Some fixes and support for logging into your node with your Cognito user creds.

Behaviour change: DEFAULT_USER now defaults to root rather than root@1.0.0, and local auto-connect no longer appends @1.0.0 to a bare username.
